Volunteer Work
I live in Chicago, and I am involved in typing whole books on computer for the Jewish Braille Institute in New York. I have been doing this since 1977, and we got on computer in the 80s. The group then learned wordperfect 5.1 in two days. The work is all done in large type format. I have an old IBM 386 and it still works. This is all volunteer work!
Editor-> Shalom Bert, I commend you on your wonderful work. Your efforts are even more amazing considering the antiquity of the computer you are employing. Another example of how getting older can also mean getting better. With admiration, Michael
