On
Tuesday, April 15, 2008 I was asked the following question:
Does a bride have to wear a veil under the Chuppa, if she is
wearing a strapless wedding gown?

            This
              was my response:
If the bride feels the need to show off her upper torso while
under the Chuppa, does it really make a difference if she wears a veil? After
all, it would be less offensive to show her face.
I, for one, would never officiate if the bride or groom weren't properly
attired. Forgetting that they are standing before family and friends, they are
still standing in front of G-D.
