Lox
Shalom, I've looked at your recipes and have decided to try a few. One that I have been searching for years (I mean YEARS) is how to make lox. I've tried a smoker with both apple and hickory woods. I get a nice smoked salmon, but not the wonderful delicatessen regular or nova lox. I tried recipes and ended up with gravlax and I've even used smoky salt with the gravlax recipes all to no avail.
