Eddy's Peysakh Recipe
Michael, I wanted to let you know that this was the 1st year I celebrated Passover. I have not converted over to Judaism but have been attending temple with some of my Jewish friends for about a year. One of my closest friends passed along your website and said I may find it useful. During Passover we had a seder at my best friends house and I had to make something. Not knowing anything I checked out the Gantseh Megillah site and saw there was a recipe section. I made the apple Passover kugel for 1st and 2nd seder. I received raving compliments. One of my friends also made her own version of it on 2nd seder and said I made this so much better. I had to post the recipe to my facebook page as many were asking for the recipe. Thanks for your site and for posting the Passover recipe. As you can see it came in quite handy.
