There is no levity intended with the designation of this man, Rabbi Elior Chen, as our Shmuck of the Month. This man is truly dangerous and evil, and is not to be treated lightly. After becoming aware of the details surrounding his activities, I felt it was important for me to bring this situation to the attention of our family members. This is especially true since he is thought to be hiding in Canada, where we have lots of Megillah members.

Elior Chen is a cult leader who preys on young children and convinces their parents to abuse them in the name of guiding these innocent young people into a holy life. He instructs parents to beat their children with instruments such as straps, and boards. He forced a mother to feed her young child feces among other unspeakable acts.
